On this poignant anniversary of the company’s founding, the board has enacted the succession plan laid out by Khaladkar, appointing Kunal Khaladkar as the new president and CEO.

Dinesh Khaladkar established eQ Technologic on September 11, 2000, and under his leadership, the company revolutionized the data integration and analytics landscape with the eQube®-DaaS platform. Khaladkar’s vision and determination propelled eQ Technologic to become a global leader with over 900 employees, operations in four countries, a diverse client base spanning 550+ customers across eight industries, and a network of 150+ partners.

As eQ Technologic embarks on its 25th year, Kunal Khaladkar assumes the role of president and CEO. Kunal, who has been with the company for a decade, has progressed from a software engineer to a key figure in customer implementations and business development. His blend of technical expertise and business acumen is expected to drive eQ forward, continuing the legacy of innovation and excellence established by his father.
