Valarie Sofia Sandjivy – France’s Influential Business Leader 2025

From corporate success to soulful guidance, helping leaders find clarity, purpose, and the strength to lead from within.

There comes a point when the old way no longer feels right. Success looks perfect from the outside, but inside, there is a quiet restlessness. The goals are being met, the meetings run on time, the calendar is full, and yet, something is missing. Many leaders feel it but cannot name it. It is the feeling of being out of alignment with your own self while trying to lead others.

Valarie Sofia Sandjivy knows that feeling well. For years, she followed the path she was taught to admire, a strong career in business, technical skills sharpened through discipline, and achievements that ticked every box. But along the way, she began to sense a deeper call. One that asked not for more speed, but more stillness. Not just smarter decisions, but wiser ones. That shift led her to step away from what no longer fit and step into her true work, guiding others to lead with awareness, presence, and courage.

Today, Valarie stands at the intersection of experience and evolution. As the Mentor of Conscious Leadership, Business Coach and a proud Founder of EllipsUS in France, she helps leaders manage their own inner turning points. Her work is grounded in what she calls conscious leadership, the ability to lead from clarity, emotional strength, and a deep connection to purpose. She brings together strategy and soul, helping people move from reactive patterns to intentional action.

Through her coaching and mentorship, Valarie works with entrepreneurs, executives, and changemakers who are ready to grow from the inside out. Her approach is not about quick fixes. It is about lasting transformation. Because when leaders lead themselves first, they create space for others to grow, thrive, and belong. And that is where real change begins.

Let us learn more about her journey:

Leading from Alignment

Valarie is a Mentor of Conscious Leadership and Business Coach. After 20 years in the corporate world, rising to C-level roles across markets like Japan, the U.S., and Europe, she recognized that leadership was largely performative, not necessarily well understood, as leadership starts by leading self before leading others. She saw power being used on the outside, but often disconnection within.

She spent over 17 years in roles that required leading herself and others in numerous situations. What she learned on her path is the beautiful combination of acting and doing and being guided by something bigger than us.

She decided to explore in depth, because she likes to go in depth and refine what true, embodied leadership looks like, not driven by fear, ego, or validation, but by coherence, congruence, intuition, and presence.

What began as executive coaching evolved into something much deeper. She now mentors visionary leaders, CEOs, founders, high-level decision-makers, who are ready to move past surface-level success and enter the domain of mastery. Her work lives at the intersection of strategy and soul. She walks with people who desire to lead from inner alignment, not external pressure.

Mastery is what drives her to always go deeper, contemplate, bring new perspectives, refine and start again; that is basically her way of living life.

She started her own company 12 years ago and often says to her clients, if they have not spoken with her in the last four months, they will discover that she is doing things differently again. That is her gem, her strength, and what highlights her journey.

The leaders she mentors operate at a high strategic level, but what they seek is alignment that goes past spreadsheets. She helps build structures that can hold soul, integrity, and fulfillment while making sure strategy flows from truth, not fear.

Anchoring into Authentic Power

The single internal shift that has most profoundly expanded Valarie’s sense of personal power as a mentor to elite leaders is the realization that she does not need to translate herself to be understood. For years, she refined, softened, and over-explained her essence to make it palatable, especially in corporate settings.

But her true power came alive the moment she stopped doing that. When she anchored into her own frequency, unapologetic, intuitive, multidimensional, she stopped trying to be relatable and started being undeniable. That shift redefined how she holds space and how her clients rise.

She accepts and knows that she is not for everybody, but the ones that desire to embark on a transformational journey are welcome and will be delighted. And as for the others, it is okay to not want to change.

Intuition as a Catalyst for Breakthroughs

Valarie’s clients often say, “every session your intuition overrode conventional strategy because that’s your magic and every session the breakthroughs are incredibly powerful.”

She always uses her intuition, for herself, her own business, and for her clients. This intuitive approach is innate to her mentoring style. She can read and know what to say without having to think; the words come naturally. The words carry a specific frequency, which is how she recognizes when intuition is speaking rather than logic.

For example, one client wanted to take on more responsibility in his role and was open to changing organizations to achieve that. He performed well in interviews and meetings but somehow nothing finalized. Valarie advised him to stop searching and focus on what he truly wanted and why. After just one session, offers matching the level of responsibility he aimed for started appearing in his inbox without any additional effort. This helped him find his next position as a leader.

One client described the impact of working with Valarie: “Valarie helped me restore balance between my drive to perform and my ability to receive. I had been stuck in a constant cycle of doing, pushing, and achieving, and I had lost touch with the part of me that leads from ease and flow. After a powerful session with her, I felt a profound shift. I softened in ways I hadn’t before, and life began to feel lighter and more effortless. I had more energy, greater clarity, and my natural magnetism amplified. More opportunities came to me aligned with the frequency I had been mastering without the pressure to chase or overdo. If you have been working on something for a while and are ready for a real shift, not just in your work, but in how you feel and lead your life, Valarie is someone I cannot recommend highly enough. I am deeply grateful to work with her.”

Recognizing Resistance as Growth or Misalignment

Valarie does not focus on the words clients say; instead, she reads the field and notices what remains unspoken. She senses the deeper emotional and energetic currents beneath the surface of their communication.

Resistance that brings discomfort usually signals a growth edge. It shows that an old identity is being shed. However, when resistance appears with collapse, confusion, mental noise, or numbness, it often points to misalignment, clients still following someone else’s blueprint.

Her gift lies in helping clients feel this difference somatically. She does not provide answers but activates clarity. This distinction alone often changes everything.

Ultimately, whether the resistance is misalignment or a growth edge, Valarie discusses and untangles what emerges in the field, knowing that even misalignment is an important part of growth.

Redefining Leadership Through Emotional Mastery

Valarie usually speaks of emotional mastery because, as she explains, leaders need to go further than emotional intelligence. They need to keep moving even during uncertainty, even with fear, or in an ever-changing world. For that, a great asset is to become adaptive. This alone requires observing thoroughly their own reactions, their own emotions, their own interpretations, and their own conditioned mind that reacts to emotions. On top of that, they encounter all the resistances of the team and the projections of others on what they should or should not be doing. That is where they need the most coherence and presence.

She does not see emotional mastery as a “soft skill.” She considers it a strategic asset,  the ability to read energy, patterns, resistance, desire, and human dynamics at depth. Her work helps leaders move from performance to presence. That redefinition allows them to stop reacting from insecurity or urgency and start responding from clarity, power, and coherence.

According to Valarie, clients often share that their teams begin to shift simply by being around them. The reason, she says, is that they are no longer outsourcing emotional regulation. They have become coherent leaders, not just effective ones.

Cultivating Energetic Presence That Stands Out

Valarie believes influence should be redefined. To her, it is the ability to inspire or guide others’ behaviors, decisions, or beliefs without relying on formal authority. She observes that the obsession with influence is often a disguised hunger for power, control, or visibility.

She emphasizes that presence is not volume; it is resonance. There is no need to be louder, only clearer.

In her view, magnetism is not about what a person does but who they are. Influence functions the same way.

Valarie guides clients to stop chasing attention and start attuning to their own frequency. The more internally aligned they are, the more they disrupt the room—not by force, but by frequency. In saturated spaces, the one who holds the most coherence always stands out. That is what she cultivates in them: the kind of presence that shifts energy just by walking into the room.

She believes presence is what is lacking in the world today. While many crave validation or attention, presence would offer them far more than either of those things.

Building Businesses That Evolve from Within

Valarie does not future-proof a visionary’s business based on trends. She guides leaders to become the trend.

She begins by mapping their energetic blueprint, who they are beneath the roles, beneath performance, and what they are here to bring to the world. Then she builds structures, strategies, and teams that reflect that essence. The result is a business that evolves with them, not against them. It is not about chasing the future; it is about becoming a source of it.

That is how fulfillment is preserved: by designing from the inside out, not the market in. Fulfillment comes internally, not out of external validation, belongings, or society’s definition of success.

Reforming Ambition Through Stillness

Valarie guides leaders into stillness. Because in stillness, they can listen inward. It is a state where clarity becomes audible. And it becomes painfully obvious what is true.

Ambition fed by external validation feels urgent, anxious, addictive, doing more. Expansion through self-mastery feels spacious, inevitable, quiet. It does not need to be proved, it simply is.

She does not strip ambition away; she refines it. She redefines it. What drives internally this ambition? What is the motor? She transmutes the hunger to be seen into the desire to serve. That is when ambition becomes the art of living.

When Letting Go Unlocks Growth

Valarie once worked with a client who held an unconscious belief rooted in loyalty to her mother’s financial values. This loyalty shaped how she ran her business, overgiving and underpricing, because it made her feel like she still belonged to the family tribe. While the intention was heartfelt, the outcome was holding her back from building the legacy she truly wanted.

Valarie gently challenged this belief, showing the client that continuing down this path was no longer necessary to stay connected with her family. There were other ways to honour that loyalty without compromising her own vision. That shift changed everything. The client stopped playing small, developed sustainable offers, and reclaimed quality time with her family. Her business began to attract clients more effortlessly, and she continued to grow with ease.

A similar transformation happened with another client who believed she had to keep pushing and never rest. Valarie helped her see that doing more does not always lead to more impact. This subtle but powerful mindset shift allowed her to slow down and actually experience the better world she was working so hard to build.

Success That Feels True

When Valarie’s clients begin exploring the idea of success, their definitions often center around value, money, clients, return on investment. There is considerable comparison involved, and goals that, if unmet by a certain age, are viewed as failure.

For most, success once meant sacrificing time, body, values, and relationships. It is always an excruciating moment to discover that their values were abandoned in pursuit of what they believed success was. But is success not the opposite of that? Is success not the fulfillment they are aiming for, the very thing they are sacrificing in its name?

When this loop and paradox are brought into the light, Valarie helps dissolve the binary between success and living. Together, they design lives and businesses that feel like truth, coherence, congruence, and fulfillment.

Actualization happens when the nervous system is no longer bracing, when the mind is no longer fighting, and when the body says: Yes. This is me.

Returning to Inner Clarity

Clarity and intuition, Valarie believes, are needed even more in situations involving high-stakes decisions and complex personalities. She does not chase clarity; she returns to it by practicing presence, silence, movement, contemplation, and more, all of which allow something bigger to come into play.

She allows her inner crucible of knowing in her body to express itself. She allows alchemy within.

She no longer seeks to be understood by everyone. That alone protects her clarity. She knows whom she serves. She knows what she carries. She does not dilute her field to please personalities; she holds the field that invites them into coherence.

When Presence Transforms Performance

One leader Valarie worked with had all the right strategies. He was doing a lot, his agenda was full from morning to evening, but the results were quite not at the scale of the work involved. ROI was poor. Each time, he would add more to his list of daily tasks to reach his goals.

At one point, Valarie told him that non-embodied actions would not help him reach his goals. Everything was a list of things to do. Check, check, etc. There was no presence in it, it was playing the clock to do, do, do. Very conditioning mind driven, applying all of the theories he had read.

They went deep into what it meant to bring presence into the body, to feel the fulfillment it brought, to feel his day, his tasks, his mantra practice. Everything was so mental. Nothing was really entering the body. He was doing a lot but feeling none of it at body level.

Valarie remembered the image she saw in his field: it was as if his body had become like a concrete block, impenetrable. Nothing could land, no matter how much he did. They worked on his posture, breath, nervous system patterns. They rewired the way his body responded to actions. She guided him into surrender, and his life started to shift professionally and personally.

The shift was astonishing. He did not change his pitch — he changed his frequency by emanating from the body and not the mind. That is what embodiment does. It is the ability to live leadership in the body, not just the mind. It moves people before words even land.

Serving Visionary Leaders Through Resonance

Valarie observes a clear pattern among visionary leaders who stay ahead of the curve. They seek resonance over recognition. For them, building a company is about creating a frequency, not just a business. Their focus lies in coherence, in aligning purpose with presence. They strive to reconnect the body and spirit, stepping into a space where possibilities take form. Their choices reflect a desire to live and lead by universal principles.

As Valarie constantly evolves her own field, deepening, refining, simplifying, it is not difficult to meet them. She does that for her own sake, so whether she is a mentor or not, she would do it anyway.

She does not lead from above or behind. She walks beside them as a mirror, a map, and sometimes, a necessary disruption to initiate truth. She brings the friction that allows creation to keep playing.
