Ms. Sneh specializes in conflict resolution and represents clients in civil, commercial, aviation, banking, consumer, testamentary, and real estate litigation before the Bombay High Court, NCDRC, Sessions Court, DRT (Delhi and Bombay), Supreme Court of India, Civil Courts (Bombay and Goa), NCLT, and Co-operative Court. She also manages both domestic and international arbitrations in addition to this. Aside from routinely offering legal opinions, she has represented numerous foreign and Indian clients in a variety of litigation and arbitration cases.

As a law student, Ms. Sneh worked in various sectors of law, including corporate law, capital markets, dispute resolution (in both law firms and counsel practice) and assisted non-governmental organizations. This diverse experience provided her with the exposure she needed as a student, and by the time she entered the profession, she was certain that litigation was where she saw herself practicing.

Ms. Sneh’s earliest years in the profession saw her undertaking a wide array of disputes, including civil, criminal, aviation, real estate, consumer, banking, and recovery-related issues. Her progress was expedited and she rose to prominence in the legal area as a result of this extensive exposure. One of her most valuable learning experiences came early in her career when she assisted the Learned Solicitor General Mr. Ranjit Kumar in representing the Government of India in litigation initiated by Reliance Industries. Together with the chance to work as a team defending the Central Government, the case’s intricacies and high stakes offered her a priceless learning experience and substantial career advancement.
